How do last-minute cancellations work?

We understand this industry moves fast — that’s why we’re flexible with changes and cancellations. If you need to cancel or adjust a booking, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Cancellations within 1 hour of the shift may incur minimum charges, as the worker is likely already on their way. Still — talk to us. We’re human and we aim to be fair and flexible.

What is the minimum shift length?

Our minimum shift is 4 hours.

What PPE is required?

All workers are required to have, at minimum, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots.
If additional PPE is required for the site (e.g., hard hat, safety glasses, gloves), we’ll confirm this before the shift.

Do you verify tickets/licences before a shift?

Yes. We keep each worker’s licences and tickets on file in our system and always validate documentation before the shift starts.
If requested, we can share photos/evidence with the client for full transparency.

What happens if a worker doesn’t show up?

We do daily monitoring and active follow-ups with workers before each shift.
If something unexpected happens, we handle *reallocations quickly, focusing on the fastest and most effective solution — always keeping *clear, transparent communication throughout.
